PASTA BAKE WITH SALSICCIA
Here's a true weekday hero that will quickly become a new family favourite! This luxurious pasta bake was created by Köket.se in collaboration with us at Nonna Elide, and gets its deep, hearty flavour from our Nonna Elide Salsicciafärs. The dish is easy to make, serves plenty of people, and is just as perfect for entertaining at the weekend as it is for enjoying on an ordinary Tuesday. ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- Salsiccia mixture:
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pack Nonna Elide Salsicciafärs
- 1 msk tomato purée
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 dl crème fraîche
- Salt, pepper and dried thyme
